On behalf of National Customer Service Week, Help.com is excited to announce that Chargify is one of five recipients of the 2018 Excellence in Customer Service Awards. Our team chose Chargify for its knowledgeable staff, which in turn has made interactions quick and easy. On top of that, their lightning fast response times impressed the team and saved us a lot of trouble. Here’s what one of our employees had to say about Chargify:
“We had an issue early in the morning. We had put in a request and were followed up quickly with a request to hop on a call with Chargify. We initially thought we’d need to get with a developer for our question, but the first person we got was certainly well versed in what issues we were having and helped us by listening to our goal, our problem and asked targeted questions to finally expose that we had created our own issue: using the wrong endpoint. They led us through their conversation with their API documentation so we had reference points to talk about and stay on the same page (pun not intended) with them. All in all, an issue we had spent a few days on was cleared up within a 20 minute phone call. And that’s including pleasantries.”
